How can I track macro conversions?

I want to improve user experience on my online store to get more sales, and as far as I know, monitoring macro conversions can help, but I have no idea how to do it. What types of analytic tools can be used to track them and how to analyze them?

If you want to track macro conversions, go to your Google Analytics dashboard and create a tag in the tags section. After that, you add a new segment at the “add segment” that is next to “all users”. Now you can analyze macro conversions using segments.
