Which KPIs do you use for a marketing campaign on Amazon?
Asked 4 years ago
What do you guys look at to see whether your email marketing campaigns are doing well or not, and how do you know what you need to change to have them perform better?

Since Amazon isn't similar to blogs or social media sites, it will use different Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to know if your marketing campaigns are profitable. Some of the KPIs to use are:
- Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) Equation: Ad spend / revenue.
- Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Ad Conversion Rate
- Organic Conversion Rate
