Customize shipping options based on location (for Shopify).

It's possible to set up specific shipping rules for products and locations by setting up various shipping profiles. If you want just a single rate then you can use a general shipping profile, but if you wish to create different rates for different locations you will need to make a shipping profile for each.

This can be done by heading to the "shipping and delivery section" in settings. Locate the "Custom shipping rates section" and create a new profile. Ensure you add all the locations and products you wish to include in the profile, as well as the shipping rate.
