Asked 4 years ago
I've started running customer relations management through HubSpot, and I wondered whether the customer profitability aspect would affect this system and how it would fluctuate.

Customer profitability refers to a company's financial returns from serving its customers. A high number of happy customers means a greater chunk of profit.
In contrast, customer relationship management is about maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new profitable clients. CRM has a direct relation to profitability. A greater customer profitability ratio indicates successful customer relationship management.
