KPIs for shipping costs

Hello, hope you are all doing well! Would anyone be so kind as to provide me with a list of KPIs they track for shipping and supply chain costs? I have a bunch of sales related KPIs I'm currently tracking which work quite well but recently I've noticed my cost of good sold has eaten into my margins and I suspect its related to increased shipping costs.   1. Total freight spend
  2. Cost per order
  3. Carrier performance
  4. Inventory carrying costs
  5. Return rate
  6. Lead time
  7. Productivity
  8. Cost of goods sold (COGS)
